The Australian Venue Co. family are looking for a motivated, customer focused Manager's to join our team in Albury Wodonga at the Albion Hotel & Function Centre. 

The Albion has officially reopened after a rooftop reno and is looking for a Duty Manager and an Assistant Venue Manager to help the venue thrive over the upcoming Summer period! The Hotel features a ground floor bistro- serving lunch and dinner all week- and a rooftop bar overlooking beautiful regional Albury Wodonga. If you are a pro at multitasking and building rapport with your patrons, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What do we need from you?

  • Relevant, proven experience in service-driven food and beverage business management
  • Extensive restaurant and bar experience
  • Strong food and beverage knowledge
  • Ability to manage P&L, weekly budgeting, forecasting and COGS costing
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
  • Strong financial skills
