Harlow are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused self-starting Venue Manager to join one of our most reputable venues in Melbourne! We are not looking for someone to come in and manage our venue. We are looking for someone to come in, grow it and take it to the next level!

Taking over what was once the Great Britain Hotel, Harlow boasts a ground floor bar and dining space, a sprawling split-level beer garden, a neon-drenched basement bar and best views in Richmond rooftop.

The menu is simple and packed full of flavour, designed to enjoy with only one hand so the other is free to hold your favorite drink!

What do we need from you?

  • Proven hospitality management experience in a comparable venue
  • A passion for the industry and commitment to a successful career in hospitality 
  • Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
  • Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
  • Exceptional customer service and presentation skills
  • Extensive restaurant, bar, and gaming experience
  • Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience 
  • Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective, and clearly communicated 
  • Current RSA
  • Strong understanding of the financial needs of the business.
  • Compliance focus
