Australian Venue Co are looking to fill some gaps in our Kitchen Management teams across Melbourne. AVC is in a period of growth, which means we are also training up our kitchen staff and promoting from within. This leaves us some gaps, which is good news for you!

So what are we looking for you may ask?

We are looking for Head Chefs, Sous Chefs and Chefs de Partie to join us on their hospitality journey. We love to create a friendly and easy-going kitchen culture, and we love to promote from within. We offer clear career progression, so if you are in one of the above roles and are looking for the experience and the hours needed to move your way up to managing a successful kitchen.
