Are you passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional customer service? Bribie Island Hotel, located between Brisbane and the beautiful Sunshine Coast, is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Venue Manager to join our team full-time.

As the Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless daily operation of our venue. Working closely with the Venue Manager, you’ll lead and inspire our team to create memorable customer experiences every day

Essential requirements:

  • 2+ years in a management role in a similar venue
  • Experience working in a gaming venue 
  • Extensive Food & Beverage knowledge 
  • Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
  • Ability to stock take and investigate the stock loss
  • Train, performance manage, and motivate staff
  • Work with and communicate effectively within a team
  • Experience with H&L, Ivy & Seven rooms desirable 
  • RLMV & Approved Managers License
