As Duty Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service, and supporting the team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about training, leadership, and career progression within the hospitality industry.

Essential requirements:

  • 2+ years in a Management role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced Food & Beverage lead venue
  • Have a passion for great food, amazing service and all things hospo
  • Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
  • Ability to stock take and investigate the stock loss
  • Work with and communicate effectively within a team environment 
  • Experience with H&L, Ivy & Seven rooms desirable
