We’re looking for a Ticketing Coordinator to join our team at Australian Venue Co. This role is all about keeping ticketing operations smooth, ensuring best practices, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver top-tier event experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute ticketing builds in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Set up ticketing with best practice strategies to maximize event success.
  • Provide administrative support for the AVC Entertainment Department.
  • Coordinate marketing requirements between AVC and Oztix.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including venues, agents, and promoters.
  • Train and support AVC staff on ticketing platforms and processes.
  • Maintain accurate event and ticketing records, including sales tracking & reporting.

What you need to succeed:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in ticketing or a venue-based entertainment role.
  • Hospitality experience preferred but not essential.
  • Exceptional organization & attention to detail – ticketing setups must be flawless!
  • Ability to work under pressure and keep up in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
