Are you ready to take the next step in your hospitality career? The Iconic Court Hotel is expanding its management team this summer, and we're on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Duty Manager to join us!

The Court Hotel has been a beloved cornerstone of Perth’s LGBTQ+ community since the early 1990s. Nestled in the heart of the city, The Court is more than just a venue; it’s a vibrant and inclusive hub where diversity, community, and celebration unite. With electrifying drag performances, energizing live DJs, six unique bars, and three dynamic dancefloors, The Court offers an experience like no other—a place where everyone is welcome and the fun never stops.

As a Duty Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth running of the venue and the satisfaction of our diverse clientele. This role is perfect for a candidate with outstanding leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment

Essential requirements:

  • 2+ year in a Management role
  • Experience working in a high-volume venue
  • Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
  • Ability to stock take and investigate the stock loss
  • Work with and communicate effectively within a team environment 
  • Has a passion for the industry and is committed to a successful career in hospitality
  • Previous experience with H&L, Ivy & Seven rooms Desirable 
  • Must have a current RSA certificate 
  • Must hold unrestricted managers license
