Are you passionate about creating unforgettable events, bringing activations to life, and delivering exceptional guest experiences? If so, we have the perfect role for you!

We’re expanding our well-established functions team and are looking for a dynamic Functions Supervisor to help manage and coordinate a wide range of events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private celebrations.

As a key part of our team, you’ll oversee the seamless execution of events across our multi-level venue, ensuring every detail is flawlessly delivered. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love creating memorable moments, we’d love to hear from you!

Essential Requirements 

  • Previous experience in a functions or events coordinator role
  • Experience working in the food & beverage industry 
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience with Ivvy or Seven rooms desirable 
  • A passion for functions, events and being customer facing
  • Ability to work across weekends, nights and public holidays
