Construction is underway at The Royal Mail Hotel with an extensive $12 million renovation, bringing everything old into the new

After an extensive renovation, The Royal Mail Hotel is thrilled to reopen its doors this spring! As we embark on this exciting new chapter, we are seeking experienced Managers to join our team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our beloved local venue.

As a Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the bistro, sports bar and gaming room ensuring our high standards of service are maintained, and fostering a positive environment for both staff and guests. Your leadership will be essential in managing and motivating the team, ensuring compliance with venue policies, and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Essential requirements:

  • 2+ years in a Management role
  • Strong food & beverage knowledge 
  • Experiance working in a gaming & wagering based venue
  • Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
  • Ability to stock take and investigate the stock loss
  • Work with and communicate effectively within a team environment 
  • Previous experience working with Ivy and Seven Rooms
  • Must hold a current RLMV & Approved Managers license
  • CLO desirable but not necessary
