As a Beverage Procurement Analyst, you will be instrumental in shaping our beverage offerings by leveraging sales and purchase data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to our central Beverage team. Working closely with teams across Beer, Wine, Cocktails, and Spirits, you'll collaborate to optimize our beverage selection and procurement processes. If you have a sharp analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry, this role is perfect for you!

 

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret beverage sales and purchase data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the central Beverage team to develop procurement strategies that enhance our beverage offerings.
  • Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with suppliers to understand costs and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Develop Excel models and tools to support data analysis and decision-making processes.
  • Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders and influence decision-making at all levels.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong Excel modelling skills, with the ability to create complex models without taking shortcuts.
  • Experience in the hospitality or FMCG industry is preferred.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and the ability to analyse supplier costs.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a track record of delivering results.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
