Due to ongoing rapid expansion, the Australian Venue Co. family are looking for a Melbourne-based Project Manager to join our Property & Development team and work across our renowned portfolio of hospitality venues. We are searching for an experienced Project Manager who can assist in successful design outcomes, improved operational practices and procedures, and managing stakeholders.
Australian Venue Co. operates a diverse portfolio of renowned hotels and pubs throughout Australia and New Zealand. With a National portfolio of restaurants, bars and dedicated event spaces, AVC prides itself on offering a diverse range of venues, each with their own brand identity.
Established in 2012, the team has been deliberate in acquiring well operated venues with a focus on exceptional gastronomic experiences or unique environment/location. AVC venues are renowned for cutting edge fit outs, dynamic staff, creative food and beverage design and great vibes.
What will your job duties involve?
Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse portfolio of projects and associated contractors /consultants/ site supervisors, suppliers and operational teams
Project Management experience of both small and medium scale, plus new and refurbishment projects
Proven experience in interpreting lease agreements, development plans, building specifications, market assessments and CAR analysis’
Proficient organisational and planning skills
Experience in hotel/hospitality desirable
