Cobblers Tavern is seeking an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to join its already-established team! The position will suit a candidate with outstanding leadership skills and the proven ability to positively impact a team and provide exceptional customer service. We are seeking someone with proven experience managing a multifaceted venue who can problem-solve and thrive in a busy environment.

Essential requirements:

• 2+ years in a Management role
• Experience working in a fast-paced venue 
• Ability to work autonomously  
• Strong background in Food and Beverage focused venue
• Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
• Ability to stock take and investigate the stock loss
• Work with and communicate effectively within a team environment 
• Unrestricted Approved Manager Red Card
