The Regatta is seeking a visionary and hands-on Head Chef to lead our team, crafting the exceptional dining experiences our guests expect from our iconic venue.

As Head Chef, you’ll lead and inspire a talented brigade across our three kitchens in this multi-level venue, ensuring every dish embodies our high standards. In this dynamic role, you’ll also oversee large-scale catering, where no two days are the same. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your culinary and managerial skills, taking the next exciting step in your career with us.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A culinary visionary with experience as a Head Chef 
  • Experience in a high-volume kitchen managing a large brigade 
  • A passion for modern Australian cuisine with a creative twist
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and lead a skilled team of chefs
  • A commitment to sustainability, local sourcing, and high-quality ingredients
  • Proficiency in rostering, stock control, budgets, and cost management
  • A deep understanding of food safety standards, compliance, and workplace safety regulations
  • Highly organized, passionate, and an excellent communicator with a hands-on approach
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage high-volume service smoothly
