As we getting ready for another great Summer filled with Functions, Christmas Celebrations and a busy bistro! The Jindalee Hotel is expanding its team, and welcoming a new Restaurant Manager to our already established venue. 

We're seeking a vibrant, customer service-focused person with a passion for food, wine & beer to lead the team and work alongside our Function Manager!

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. You will ensure the front-of-house team is trained and engaged to create exceptional, personalized dining experiences.

Essential requirements:

• Previous Restaurant management leadership experience
• Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front 
• Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekend
• Ensuring policies, procedures, and standards are current, effective, and clearly communicated 
• Must have a current RSA
• RMLV & Approved Manager's license desirable but not necessary
