Airlie Beach Hotel is seeking a full-time Retail Manager to join our management team. This key role oversees the daily operations of three retail sites and a central warehouse, and calls for a skilled leader with a strong background in retail, logistics, and warehouse operations.

As the retail Manager, you will ensure that customer service is second to none and that all three stores are presented to the highest standard. You must be responsible and proactive in your work practices and a true team player. This role is a key support for the Venue Manager.

We are offering: 

  • Generous Salary $95,000 - $100,000 + Plus Superannuation

Essential requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experiance in Liquor Retail Management 
  • Proven experiance in logistics & warehouse operations
  • be able to Build positive relationships with suppliers
  • Experiance driving sales and meet KPI's
  • Strong product knowledge across Beer, Spirits & Wine
  • Handling all Hotel and Bottle shop ordering, deliveries and stock management
  • Have a friendly and approachable manner
  • Lead & coach your team
  • Must be able to work autonomously
  • Ensure work health & safety of yourself and your team, identify hazards and implement control measures
  • Work with the Venue Manager to cross-train team members
  • Confident in visual merchandising, creating stock displays and promotions
