Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for customer service? Diamonds Inala is seeking a customer-focused Assistant Venue Manager to join our team and support the Venue Manager in the day-to-day operations of our newly renovated venue. 

As the Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of our venue. You will work closely with the Venue Manager to lead and inspire the team, ensuring we deliver exceptional customer experiences every day. This is a hands-on role that requires outstanding leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Essential requirements:

  • 2+ years of Management experience in a similar venue 
  • Experience working in a Gaming & Wagering venue
  • Strong Food & Beverage knowledge 
  • Previous experience with rostering and shift management 
  • Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
  • Ability to stocktake and investigate stock loss
  • Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
  • Hold a current RLMV & Approved Managers license
  • CLO desirable but not necessary
