Trinity Beach Tavern is a cornerstone of the North Queensland hospitality scene, known for its stunning beachfront views, exceptional service, and vibrant atmosphere. As we prepare for another bustling Summer, we’re excited to announce that our venue is expanding! To support this growth, we're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Duty Manager to join our dynamic team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who is passionate about hospitality and eager to advance their career in a fast-paced, large-scale environment.

Essential requirements:

  • Have a minimum two years of experience in a similar role 
  • Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Extensive restaurant & bar experience
  • Strong experience working in a gaming venue 
  • Knowledge of TAB and wagering 
  • Ability to work across weekends & nights
  • Current RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved Managers license 
  • CLO - Desirable not necessary
