Hope Island Tavern, nestled in the heart of Hope Island on the Gold Coast, is seeking passionate and experienced casual chefs to join our dynamic kitchen team. Our venue boasts a vibrant atmosphere with a sprawling beer garden, wood-fired pizzas, fresh seafood, and a family-friendly environment featuring an epic playground .​

What Are We Looking For?

  • Passion for the industry and commitment to a successful hospitality career

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Chef
  • Ability to run a section without direct supervision
  • Leadership skills to support and mentor the team
  • Capability to deliver high-quality meals in a fast-paced setting
  • Initiative, multitasking abilities, and a keen eye for detail
