Are you ready to lead one of Gold Coast's premier venues?. Australian Venue Co. is growing in 2025, welcoming new venues to our already diverse portfolio, which includes Burleigh Town Hotel, Hope Island Tavern, Lulu's and Runaway Bay Tavern. We’re on the hunt for experienced Venue Managers to join our established teams as we continue to grow across Queensland.

As Venue Manager, you'll orchestrate the day-to-day operations of our multifaceted venue. We're in search of an individual with a proven track record in managing large capacity venues, adept at team leadership, and skilled in cultivating and nurturing strong management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all facets of venue operations to ensure seamless service across multiple levels.
• Inspire and guide a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Develop and execute strategies to bolster revenue and enhance profitability.
• Uphold top-tier customer service standards, consistently surpassing guest expectations.
• Ensure adherence to licensing regulations and health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale venues within the hospitality sector: Venues with capacities of 600+
• Proven Venue Management experience within a pub setting.
• An avid interest/knowledge in both Local and International sporting events.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, coupled with a passion for team development.
• Proficient financial acumen with a knack for data analysis to drive informed decisions.
• Hands-on approach with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Flexibility to accommodate weekends, late-night and early-morning shifts in line with operational requirements.
