The Regatta Hotel, a Brisbane icon known for its stunning riverside views, vibrant atmosphere and premium pub dining, is on the hunt for kitchen legends to join our passionate brigade.

Whether you’re a gun on the grill, sharp on pans or ready to keep the engine room running smoothly – we want to hear from you.

Current Opportunities:

1. Chef de Partie – Grill Section
We’re on the lookout for a CDP with strong grill experience who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You’ll be trusted with one of the most important sections in the kitchen – cooking our signature steaks and proteins to perfection, every time.
You’ll need:

  • Proven experience on a busy grill
  • Strong attention to detail and timing
  • Ability to work clean, fast, and communicate under pressure

2. Commis Chef – Pans & Larder
If you’re eager to grow in a structured, high-performing team, this role is for you. Support the brigade on the pans and larder stations, bringing finesse and energy to every service.
Ideal for chefs with:

  • 1–2 years’ kitchen experience
  • A hunger to learn and develop skills
  • A calm, reliable and can-do attitude

3. Full-Time Kitchen Porter
Be the backbone of the kitchen. You’ll keep the space spotless, support chefs with basic prep, and make sure everything runs like clockwork behind the scenes.
This role suits someone who:

  • Has a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Enjoys working in a team
  • Wants long-term, stable full-time hours
