The Royal Hotel Nundah, a cornerstone of the local community since 1888, is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. Our venue boasts a brand-new bistro offering elevated pub classics, a lively public bar showcasing live sports, and the Royal Quarters entertainment space, making it a vibrant hub north of Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee a designated section of the kitchen
  • Ensure the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
  • Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards
  • Collaborate with the team to innovate and improve menu offerings

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • A passion for delivering exceptional food and service
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
