Love weddings and have a knack for sealing the deal? We’re on the hunt for a passionate and driven Weddings Business Development Manager to lead wedding sales across our national portfolio of iconic venues.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Driving wedding bookings and revenue across AVC venues nationwide

  • Building strong relationships with planners, stylists, and industry vendors

  • Creating standout wedding packages that showcase our stunning venues

  • Hosting showcases, venue tours, and networking events

  • Working closely with venue teams to deliver unforgettable wedding experiences

🔍 What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years’ experience in wedding sales, hospitality, or event planning

  • A strong understanding of wedding trends and the sales cycle

  • Proven ability to hit sales targets and manage client pipelines

  • Confident communicator with excellent customer service and negotiation skills

  • Organised, proactive, and able to work across multiple venues

  • Experience with iVvy or similar booking platforms is a bonus
