What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Confidently manage up to four events at the same time

  • Lead, train and motivate the team while fostering a positive and energetic atmosphere

  • Maintain high attention to detail and composure during busy operations

  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure events run smoothly and exceed expectations

What We’re Looking For

  • Availability for weekends, evenings, and weekday shifts

  • Hands-on approach and passion for delivering exceptional functions and events

  • Experience in team training and client management

  • Current QLD RSA certificate
