Hotel HQ has just undergone an exciting transformation, and we’re ready to welcome fresh talent into our team!

We’re on the hunt for a vibrant Assistant Venue Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to deliver exceptional customer service while having fun along the way. You’ll be hands-on in the daily operations, supporting the Venue Manager, and leading by example to keep everything running smoothly.

Essential requirements:

  • 2+ years in a Management role
  • Experience working in a gaming venue 
  • Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
  • Ability to stocktake and investigate the stock loss
  • Work with and communicate effectively within a team environment 
  • RLMV & Approved Managers License
  • CLO is desirable but not necessary
