The Role
We’re seeking a Divisional Marketing Manager to lead marketing execution across a portfolio of venues. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll bring strategy to life, manage budgets, and ensure campaigns cut through to deliver results. This role is hands-on and dynamic — you’ll oversee advertising, digital content, and promotional events while ensuring alignment with venue and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute quarterly marketing strategies across your venue patch

  • Manage and report on marketing budgets, ensuring ROI and compliance

  • Oversee campaign rollouts, promotional events, and venue marketing activities

  • Collaborate with digital & design teams on briefs and campaign delivery

  • Review and enhance digital campaigns and the customer journey

  • Monitor content across websites and social platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency

  • Contribute innovative ideas, identify trends, and pitch revenue-driving initiatives

  • Support projects including new venue openings, refurbishments, and acquisitions

About You

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, and budget oversight

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business or a related field

  • Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry and marketing channels

  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders

  • Technically confident across Meta Business Manager, Google Suite, Web CMS/CRM (Workday and Monday.com desirable)

  • Creative thinker who is results-driven, resilient, and thrives under pressure

  • A collaborative operator who embodies AVC’s values: agility, resilience & positivity, disruption, customer obsession, and ownership
