  • Partner with venue teams to deliver exceptional guest and talent experiences.
  • Manage ticketing strategy, P&Ls, budgets, and reporting.

Marketing & Commercial Performance

  • Collaborate with Marketing to drive powerful promotional campaigns and media amplification.
  • Maximise ticket sales across paid media, email, and The Pass app.
  • Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities to grow ROI.
  • Report on performance, audience insights, and commercial outcomes.

  • A strong network across Australian sport, media, entertainment, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proven experience managing high-profile talent and negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Demonstrated success delivering ticketed or large-scale public events.
  • Strong commercial acumen — budgeting, P&L ownership, ROI delivery.
  • Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence to host or facilitate live events when required.

Desirable

  • Hospitality, venue, or live entertainment experience.
  • Experience with ticketing systems, CRM platforms, and campaign analytics.
