Essential requirements:

  • 2+ years of leadership experience as a manager in a premium dining environment 
  • Previous restaurant management leadership experience
  • A positive and engaging attitude 
  • Excellent time management, managerial and organizational skills
  • Success in developing high-performing teams and the ability to lead by example
  • Energized in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
