Located just moments from the beach Little Pearl is the ideal venue to spend your summer working on the Northern Beaches, ocean breeze, beach views every day & great team culture. Essential requirements:

• Minimum two years experience in a similar management role
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment 
• Extensive restaurant & bar experience
• Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
• Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
• Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience 
• Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and communicated 
• Current RSA
• Experience using H&L, Ivy & Seven Rooms desirable
