The Wickham Hotel is a vibrant and diverse venue known for its commitment to providing exceptional entertainment experiences to all!. With our Entertainment department undergoing expansion and growth, we are seeking a passionate and self-starting Entertainment Manager to join our team.
 
As the Entertainment Manager, you will oversee all aspects of entertainment programming within the establishment, ensuring a vibrant and inclusive atmosphere for patrons. Your role will involve curating diverse events, managing performers, coordinating schedules, and collaborating with various stakeholders to create memorable experiences for the community and allies.
 
We are offering:

Essential requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in the entertainment industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong copywriting abilities
  • Proven track record in event and entertainment programming
  • Experience in curating diverse events and activations
  • Ability to coordinate schedules and manage performers effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Logical and methodical with a high attention to detail
  • Technical marketing, design, and sales skills are helpful but not essential
