The Regatta Hotel is on the lookout for a new Duty Manager to join their esteemed team. Situated along the picturesque Brisbane River and boasting a rich history dating back to 1874, The Regatta Hotel is a cornerstone of Brisbane's hospitality scene. With its underground 1920s prohibition-style club, multiple levels, restaurant, function spaces, and renowned team, it's no wonder it has maintained its legendary status over the years.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess outstanding leadership skills and a track record of positively influencing teams while delivering exceptional customer service. They should have experience managing multifaceted venues and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

Essential requirements:

• 2+ years in a Management role
• Experience working in a gaming venue 
• Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
• Ability to stock take and investigate the stock loss
• Work with and communicate effectively within a team environment 
• RLMV & Approved Managers License
• CLO is desirable but not necessary
