Woodpeckers Bar & Grill, situated in the heart of Burpengary Meadows, is on the lookout for a talented Duty Manager to join our team. Our establishment is renowned for its lively atmosphere, and commitment to providing exceptional service with a touch of traditional hospitality.

This role is perfect for an individual with outstanding leadership skills and a proven ability to positively influence a team while delivering exceptional customer service. We are seeking someone with demonstrated experience in managing multifaceted venues, who thrives in a bustling environment and excels at problem-solving.

Essential requirements:

• 2+ years in a Management role
• Experience working in a gaming venue 
• Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
• Ability to stock take and investigate the stock loss
• Work with and communicate effectively within a team environment 
• RLMV & Approved Managers License
• CLO is desirable but not necessary
