Our vibrant and much-loved local pub, Berserker Tavern, is set to reopen its doors after an extensive renovation! The new Berserker Tavern will boast a modern bistro and beer garden, complete with a dedicated kid's play area. Sports fans will have a new favorite spot to catch the game over a perfectly grilled steak and cold beers!

As we prepare to launch our brand-new venue, we're seeking an experienced Venue Manager to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to build your own team from Front of House, Back of House, and management.

You will oversee all aspects of the venue operations, ensuring that the venue is functioning effectively and efficiently. This venue requires a manager with a passion and drive to deliver exceptional experiences that can lead from the front.

We are offering: 

  • Generous Salary $90,000 - $100,000 + Super
  • Quarterly KPI Bonus - $44,000 P/A

Essential requirements:

  • Minimum two years experience in a Venue Manager role
  • Proven track record operating a similar venue 
  • Budget development and oversight experience
  • Knowledge of hospitality-related legislation and compliance
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop management teams.
  • Experience in organizational effectiveness and implementing operations best practices.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
  • Hold current; RMLV, Approved Manager's licenses and Gaming Nominee
