Are you passionate about hospitality, customer service, and creating exceptional guest experiences? Reef Gateway Hotel, a beloved local institution in Cannonvale for over 20 years, is looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our team!

Reef Gateway Hotel has been at the heart of Cannonvale for over two decades, offering a unique blend of modern Australian cuisine that highlights the fresh, local produce of Far North Queensland. Our venue is renowned for its lively weekend entertainment, well-appointed gaming room, and function spaces.

Essential requirements:

  • Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
  • Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
  • Extensive restaurant & bar experience
  • Strong experience working in a gaming venue 
  • Knowledge of TAB and wagering 
  • Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated 
  • Current RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved Managers license 
  • CLO - Desirable not necessary
