Beenleigh's favourite local pub is looking for a new Assistant manager to join the team. With a focus on Live gigs & entertainment, this is the perfect venue for someone who enjoys the music scene! With touring acts, The U2 show, The INXS tribute & Kingswood, each weekend is set to be a music lover's dream to work!

As the Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, working closely with the Venue Manager to ensure the seamless running of our iconic venue. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual who is passionate about hospitality and eager to advance their career in a fast-paced, large-scale environment.

Essential requirements:

  • 2+ years in an Assistant Venue Manager role
  • Strong experience working in a gaming venue 
  • Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
  • Write and control an effective roster
  • Ability to stock take and investigate the stock loss
  • Order and maintain par levels within the beverage department, food department and venue consumables
  • Train, performance manage, and motivate staff
  • Work with and communicate effectively with all departments within the Head Office team
  • Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
  • RLMV & Approved Managers License
