Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for a new Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. Working in partnership with our Head Chef, you will be:

• Assisting in leading and mentoring our kitchen team
• Ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations
• Upholding the highest food quality and hygiene standards
• Collaborating with our Head Chef in menu development
• Overseeing food preparation and plating during service
• Managing inventory, ordering, and stock control
• Supporting and delivering a positive, productive team environment

You have…

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a high-volume kitchen
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Genuine passion for creative, high-quality food
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
