We are Offering

• Generous salary $80,000 - $85,000 + Super
• Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with the venue managers to cultivate beloved, one-of-a-kind brands that captivate local audiences.
• Spot market gaps, seize opportunities, and dazzle with your innovative ideas to drive growth.
• Take the lead in crafting dynamic marketing strategies and curating exciting events calendars for our venues.
• Work closely with our digital, design, and brand teams to craft a seamless online journey for our customers.

What We're Looking For

• A passion for hospitality is a must in this role
• Minimum of two years experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing and sales strategies, with strong financial acumen.
• Technical marketing and digital skills
• Proven experience in customer and market research
• Experience working in high-pressure team environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets and financial statements.
