This senior role will lead our Robe, Naracoorte, and Mt Gambier management teams and you will join a highly successful organisation that will continue to expand its operations over the coming years, allowing room for career growth within the company.

As the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the successful operations of our high-profile hospitality venues across our regional Adelaide portfolio by overseeing the development, implementation, and review of business plans for these venues as well as managing all operations and systems.

Your dynamic team leadership will help you to build and mentor high-performing teams to achieve critical strategic targets to continue to strengthen and grow each business. This role will lead a dedicated team of hospitality professionals across restaurants, bars, functions, and events within the area, assisted by a sophisticated central support office.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 5 years direct pub/bar experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Operations Manager or multi-venue role
  • Sound financial management with the ability to set and meet/exceed financial targets
  • Confidence in analysing and assuming the integrity of financial results.
  • Proven business development success and marketing experience
  • Budget development and oversight experience
  • Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organisation and the ability to review situations from several points of view.
  • Knowledge of hospitality-related legislation and compliance
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop management teams.
  • Experience in organisational effectiveness and implementing operations best practices.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
  • State-based qualifications RP Badge
