Are you a motivated leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for a Reservations Team Manager to take charge of our reservations team and drive operational excellence.

About the Role:
As the Reservations Team Manager, you will play a critical role in leading a team of reservations agents to handle inquiries efficiently, exceed service expectations, and maximize reservations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing reservations team.
  • Manage and enhance the reservation process for 200+ venues across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Resolve escalations and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive innovation and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong leadership and coaching experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems and an analytical approach to performance metrics.
  • A team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
