Trinity Beach Tavern is a high-volume, beachfront dining destination known for delivering great food, refreshing drinks, and unbeatable views. We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Head Chef to lead a large, dynamic kitchen brigade and deliver exceptional service through both peak trade and seasonal events.

About the Role:

  • Lead a brigade of 15+ in a high-volume environment
  • Oversee daily operations and service across a fast-paced, casual dining menu
  • Hands-on role - you'll work alongside your team and lead by example
  • Maintain high food and safety standards while ensuring smooth kitchen flow
  • Plan and execute major trade periods and key events
  • Use AVC systems for ordering, stocktake, rostering, and compliance - must be computer literate

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a similar high-volume venue
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a large kitchen team
  • Flexible and calm under pressure with strong service awareness
  • A leader who embraces systems and thrives in a structured environment
