Australian Venue Co., one of the country’s most loved hospitality groups, is seeking a talented Insights Analyst to join our team. If you thrive on working with data, creating impactful dashboards, and contributing to strategic decisions, this is the role for you!

What You'll Do:

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI to track KPIs and drive business decisions.
• Provide Insights: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
• Data Management: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of our data by validating sources and collaborating with IT to improve data processes.
• Training & Support: Share your BI expertise by training end-users and serving as the go-to resource for analytics best practices.

What You'll Bring:

• A degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in data visualisation or a similar role, with a strong focus on Power BI.
• Advanced skills in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling within Power BI.
• Bonus points for proficiency in Python, R, or SQL!
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
