Join Australian Venue Co. as our new Marketing Specialist and play a pivotal role in delivering marketing campaigns to our valued loyalty members, to achieve an excellent customer experience and drive growth of our loyalty program.

About the Role:

This is a role reporting to the Loyalty Product Manager. You’ll be responsible for the delivery of marketing/promotion campaigns and multi-channel communications, with the aim of driving growth and increased profitability of the member base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the delivery of promotional campaigns to members of The Pass to strategically drive increased engagement
• Assist with the design of loyalty member promotions.
• Craft multi-channel (email/SMS/push notifications) communications to encourage engagement with the app and promotions.
• Utilise analytics tools to monitor/analyse offer uptake and ensure adherence to monthly incentive budgets.
• Assist with broader loyalty/marketing initiatives, such as member acquisition.
• Provide input to our app development agency during design and rollout of new features.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in crafting customer communications across digital channels (email, SMS, etc.).
• Tertiary qualifications in business or marketing, or equivalent professional qualifications. 
• Proven experience with CRMs and marketing within a B2C business.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with basic financial concepts, such as profit margins, ROI, etc.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure team environments with multiple stakeholders from different teams.
• Willingness to work in a team environment and be adaptive to deliver initiatives.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
• Experience in promotions and/or customer personalisation is preferred but not required.
