Our extensive renovation is complete, and we’re busier than ever! To keep up with the excitement, we’re expanding our team and looking for a passionate Assistant Venue Manager to join us.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing role and love delivering exceptional service, this is your chance to be part of a venue known for friendly hospitality, refreshing drinks, and great food.

As Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our iconic venue. Working closely with the Venue Manager, you’ll help lead the team, ensure seamless service, and create unforgettable experiences.

We are offering: 

  • Generous Salary $78,000 - $80,000 + Plus Super

Essential requirements:

  • Have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role 
  • Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
  • Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
  • Extensive restaurant & bar experience
  • Strong experience working in a gaming venue 
  • Knowledge of TAB and wagering 
  • Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience 
  • Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated 
  • Current RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved Managers license 
  • CLO - Desirable not necessary
