Join our Finance team at Australian Venue Co as an Accounts Receivable Officer. In this role, you’ll:

  • Allocate cash receipts across 220+ venues using Navision, H&L, and other systems.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to resolve unallocated receipts and prepare aged debtors’ listings.
  • Reconcile ledgers, follow up with venues on invoicing, and resolve queries in the AR inbox.
  • Provide timely updates to the AR Team Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years in an accounts receivable (or similar) role.
  • Strong knowledge of AR systems and processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills with excellent analytical and communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
