Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for hospitality, events, and client relationships? We’re looking for a Corporate Sales Manager to join our AVC Sales Team, working alongside venues and corporate clients to drive function and event sales.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Business Development & Account Management

  • Identify new sales opportunities & corporate clients

  • Maintain & grow relationships with existing clients

  • Work closely with venue teams to secure new business

  • Showcase new venues & activations to potential clients

  • Host showcases, networking events & venue tours

Sales & Budget Management

  • Prepare quotes, proposals & contracts for corporate clients

  • Work towards individual and team sales targets 

  • Ensure seamless communication between venues & central sales team

  • Utilise iVvy for all sales correspondence

Product Knowledge & Reporting

  • Stay up to date with venue offerings, pricing & market trends

  • Provide weekly & monthly reports on sales activities

  • Ensure all sales documents & pricing are accurate and updated

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar sales role
  • Strong sales process & planning skills
  • Hospitality industry experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience with CRM, reservation & function booking systems
  • Excellent customer service & relationship management skills
  • Strong negotiation & communication abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously & meet deadlines
