The Australian Venue Co. family are on the hunt for a number of capable, personable Chefs to join the team and work at one of our renowned venues across Australia.

Salary range will be $70,000 - $90,000 depending on experience and position.

  • A career professional with experience in hospitality
  • A leader that can train and motivate a kitchen team

  • Creative flair and excellent presentation skills

What will you bring to the table?

  • Proven capability working as a Chef at a compatible venue - minimum 2 years experience in an equivalent role.
  • Experience in recipe costings and understanding of kitchen financials
  • Ability to order and maintain stock, including delivery checks Strong compliance focus
  • A commitment to achieving outstanding sales results Ability to engage with the local community
