Currently undergoing a major renovation, we're on the hunt for a Head Chef to help us relaunch with a bold new menu, a fresh team, and a whole lot of ambition.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Leader – 2–3+ years running a high-volume venue with a calm, organised, and supportive leadership style
  • Team Builder – Confident training a team with mixed experience levels
  • Strong on Systems – Skilled in costing, menu design, food safety, and compliance
  • Hands-On and Proactive – Comfortable leading from the front and driving kitchen success
  • Focused on Quality & Speed – We aim to deliver consistent, high-quality food with low wait times

Short-Term Focus:
Your top priority will be assembling and training a high-performing team to launch the kitchen successfully. With solid systems in place and a venue designed to perform, your leadership will shape this next chapter.
