The Ball Court Hotel is on the lookout for a standout Duty Manager to join our experienced team and help steer the daily operations of our iconic local venue.

With a proud 150-year legacy, the Ball Court is more than a hotel – it's a cornerstone of Sunbury’s community life. We’re a heritage pub with a modern pulse, serving loyal locals and first-time visitors with the same down-to-earth charm and quality service.

We are offering: 

  • Competitive Salary $73,370 - $75,000 + Plus Super

Essential requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar venue
  • Exceptional food & Beverage knowledge
  • Exceptional time management & organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Ability to work nights & weekends
  • Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
  • Current RSA
  • Experience using Ivy & Seven rooms desirable
