The Mansfield Tavern is back, with a fresh new look and ready to rock next month. After an extensive renovation, we’re gearing up for a huge launch and building a DREAM TEAM to make it happen. 

We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Venue Manager to support daily operations and help deliver top-tier live entertainment every week. If you’ve got the skills and love the music scene, this is your chance to be part of something big.

The successful candidate must have proven hospitality management experience in a comparable venue and exceptional customer service and presentation skills. If you are looking to take the next step in your career to become a leader and progress, then this is the venue for you! 

 

We are offering: 

  • Generous Salary $74,000 - $80,000 + Plus Super

Essential requirements:

  • Have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role 
  • Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
  • Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
  • Extensive restaurant & bar experience
  • Strong experience working in a gaming venue 
  • Knowledge of TAB and wagering 
  • Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience 
  • Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated 
  • Current RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved Managers license 
  • CLO - Desirable not necessary
