Are you ready to step up and thrive in one of the Bay’s most vibrant hospitality hubs? Cleveland Sands is on the hunt for an experienced Assistant Manager to help lead our team and deliver unforgettable experiences in a venue known for live music, top-tier food, and standout service.

This is not a desk job. It’s hands-on, high-energy, and no two days are ever the same. You’ll work side-by-side with the Venue Manager to keep operations running smoothly—from managing service and staff to jumping in on the floor when things heat up.

We are offering: 

  • Generous Salary $78,000 - $85,000 + Plus Super

Essential requirements:

  • Have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar role 
  • Capacity to work in a team environment while leading from the front
  • Experience in developing and executing operational procedures
  • Extensive restaurant & bar experience
  • Strong experience working in a gaming venue 
  • Knowledge of TAB and wagering 
  • Ability to train and develop staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience 
  • Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated 
  • Current RSA, RSG, RMLV & Approved Managers license 
  • CLO - Desirable not necessary
