Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in leading and mentoring the kitchen team
  • Ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations
  • Uphold the highest food quality and hygiene standards
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu development
  • Oversee food preparation and plating during service
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
  • Support a positive and productive team environment

About You:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a high-volume kitchen
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Passion for creative, high-quality food
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
